"Seido-Ryu Goshin-Jitsu (SRGJ) was developed as a hybrid martial arts self-defense system. SRGJ is combination of the arts of Jujitsu, Karate, Aikido, Judo, and some Kung-Fu. SRGJ's first intention is a peaceful resolution of confrontations, but does realize that we are sometimes forced to use self-defense to protect ourselves and our families from grave danger or serious bodily harm. As a result, SRGJ encourages its members that in order to proficient and effective in self-defense, one must continue to train in self-defense..."
